256 pixels were the easy part. The hard parts were an OAuth refresh that can lock you out of your own account, and a firmware whose app-lifetime rules had to be measured rather than read.
I set out to receive digital TV with a HackRF and spent two days proving that three of the four options were impossible, unavailable, or wider than my radio. What was left is the one everybody assumes is dead.
A glove-compliance monitor built from pretrained models only. The first design decision — never letting the glove take part in finding the hand — turned out to be the one that could not have been fixed later.
An ESP32 sends humidity over an EBYTE LoRa module. Reading it back off the air with a HackRF took two days longer than it should have — because one correct measurement answered a question I hadn't asked.
